| Duncan McGill Claims Manager |
Duncan McGill is the Claims Manager of Contego Underwriting Limited. He is responsible for the review and administration of all claims arising from CUL’s Underwriting operation.
Following full time education, he qualified as an Accountant before embarking upon his insurance career. His first employment in insurance was as a Claims Broker with the Lloyd’s Broker, C.T.Bowring & Co. in their American Liability Division. During his subsequent 30 year career in the London and International markets he has gained a wealth of experience holding a range of senior management roles within Lloyd’s Syndicates, Company Insurers and Brokers.
His experience is widespread and encompasses Professional Liability including Directors and Officers, Financial Lines, Contractor’s All Risks and Engineering; both on a Direct and Reinsurance basis.
